I'd just plug that line up and tap into the radiator overflow line. I really don't like how the intercooler one sits so high on the reservoir.

Update. It took some investigating. But I found out that the original Barb was made by a company called CPC (Colder Products Company). The Tech that I talked to at CPC said that the fitting was a custom product that they made for a company called PAS (Production Automotive Services) located in Troy, Michigan.

It is not a product that is currently advertised on there sight but it is still available.
The p/n is BHU2204, you can purchase this part through distribution.

I just got an order of 10 jehmco barbs. It looks like a really nice product. I test fit it to my old tank and I am impressed. It fits better than the original. I like how well the parts fit together. I did find out that the key to this install is the 7-1/2" tube that goes inside the tank. I think this barb is a great replacment part.... so far. We will see how well it will hold up to the coolant in the tank.

Even thoe the CPC worked perfict for its original intention. Overall the jehmco barb seams superior in every way. I like that the jehmco is a little bigger, It fits better, and the threads on the jehmco barb are very nice. There is no slop between the barb and the nut like on the CPC one.

This is awesome! I'm having leaking issues with the factory "barb". Thank you for taking time to make this post :tup:
