#18s are Speed Nuts I think they are called, a self retaining nut. I have found them at a good hardware store in those pill out drawer things in the nut/bolt section.

Home depot might have them. I dont know what size they are. Probably the same size ones that hold in the fenderwells if you can see one of those on your truck.

I looked at those, but they dont seem to be as strong as the factory ones.
