My Daughter is doing much better then my dog - He died (the dog)

last week at a glance

Thu 20th - she had a sinus infection
Fri 21st - got her vacinations
Sat 22nd - had an allergic reaction to her antibiotic
Mon 24th - back to the doc
Wed 26th - she got thrush (sores in her throat - can't eat) got this from Doc visit on monday
Fri 28th - back to Doctor ran a couple test
Fri 28th - Hospital more test (blood test, cath urine test)
Sat 29th - Kenzie fell asleep in my arms @ 2:30pm
Mon 31st - Kenzie woke up 9pm (man i have bed sores from laying around with her)

Tue 01st - Dog woke up 11pm in pain
Wed 02nd - 1am (yes 1am - off to the vet - he's still in pain)
Wed 02nd - 3:30am - The dog died - what a week

Damn - that sucks to hear. I was gonna call you back on Friday but it sounded as though you'd already had a pretty rough time.

If it makes ya feel better you can play with our dogs. They both appreciate getting roughed up a little bit :)

Sorry about your dog, but glad Kenzie is ok...

I may bring my 6year old girl along, She would love to have someone to play with...

Turbo has some lag...
But makes nice BIG HP. Not sure on #s yet I may just play on the street from now on....
I want to STOP breaking stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am trailering the ty as I have a 9:30 am (Friday) meeting in Portage, IN, A 2:00pm meeting in Barrngton and a dinner meeting in Schaumburg. I thinking if you didn't have room close to your house that I could unload and find something around the vinicity. I was bringing some wheels/tires and misc parts along.

You may have it covered...but I keep a couple of tents in the trailer.....easy to pop up if needed.

I am real close to Fox Valley mall - I'm going to call the management office later today to see about parking the trailer there. The other option is there is a park that has a long strip of street that we can probably find a spot - as long as it doesn't get overly crowded. We'd be able to see the trailer from my place - so I like that option better - but we'll have to play it by ear.

Chris,

Soda & beer are always welcome. Since its a bunch of guys coming - I'm sure bags of chips will be plentiful :) I'll have burgers, brats - I'll have some chicken for the youngsters that might not want a big greasy burger.

Everyone else,

It looks like we are going to have outstanding weather (mid 70's and sunny) so we'll be able to spend some time outside. There's plenty of room on the deck. Bring a chair of sorts if you have one/two. We have some - and can always pull a few others from inside if needed.

Welp gentleman, I am out. In the middle of a move that seems to have no end in sight... Moving sucks, maybe next time :(

I like to say Thank you to Stacey and that Dave guy. I had a very nice time and wished I could have stayed longer. Maybe next time.

You guy's had a very nice get together and thanks for the lunch. I am certain anyone who ate the Italian sausage sandwich will surely remember those for a long time.

Thanks again and I can't wait till next time.

Thanks for the food and fun...I had a great time...wished i could have stayed longer......I have posted some of the pictures I took in my album here...damn thing has a limit on how many pictures I can upload...anyways...am editing some video together to post in the multimedia section....Thanks again Dave & Stacy.

It was great to have everyone over. Stacey & I had a great time and I'll use any excuse I can get to fire up the grill.

I never thought I'd go to a gathering where I had the dirtiest truck - but between the Marty's Marlboro, Gerber's Ty and Andy's Syclone - mine looked bad :)

Sorry for those that have felt the pain of the Italian Sausage - I didn't think they'd be THAT hot. Although I'm sure it helped those who were suffering from allergies :)

We'll probably be having another one sometime after GLG '04.

Steve - if you want a dog I know of a shepherd mix that I - I mean the owner would gladly get rid of :)

Marty, you missed a good time at Lombard - there were a lot of hot cars up there. Next time I think we're gonna do Downers though.

I'll be there Friday Night. I may even bring the Syclone with it's new Wheels.

BTW - My truck was a mess. I really need to clean it.
