Stacey is out of town this weekend - next weekend is our anniversary.

First weekend in September? Saturday the 6th?

Could have a Getting Family BBQ at my place if people would rather. Wrenching is also an option if people'd like to.

I don't think he ever made it back from the Nationals.

I am thinking about just doing this at my place. Get some burgers and stuff and just hang out there. Save everyone some money - although BG doesn't look nearly as good in tight shorts as the Hooters girls do.

Dave, when is this happening exactly? I got the Syclone to make a couple of laps around the block, to the gas station, through the Steak and Shake drivethru (I think the service is faster when you pull up with a truck as loud as mine)...but it needs some work before it is ready for a trip to Naperville.

I just got back from a trip to WV for work and dont have the heads back on yet.....

I leave again on sept 15 to go to OK City for 2 weeks.....

I am out till after the 1st of Oct......

Crap, I hope I can get an exhaust bent by next weekend. The truck is in good enough shape (I think) to make the trip to Chicago, but Im not sure I could stand the open downpipe for 2 hours.

Im looking forward to showing the Syclone off to you guys.

Dubb drove back from KC with an open 3" downpipe and some ear plugs :)

I might have to make it 3:00 - the wife informed me of an earlier commitment.

I had 3" mild steel straight back off of my downpipe. It cost me $145, which doesnt necessarily bother me, but they grossly underquoted me.

I think it sounds sweet now, but opinions have swayed between "it sounds great" and "it sounds like shit" from others.

Anyhow, looks like Im on schedule to make my first trip in the Syclone. Who else is showing up, at this point?

Anyone want to help me fix severe exhaust leaks on the driver's side header?

That and somehow my Ty is in the air again, unable to make traction without the tires touching the ground.
