I've just installed tunerpro, ostrich, lc1 wb, 50lbers, 3-bar, 20g, open downpipe, I have a 50lb 3bar bin. I am running a constant 10.1 afr and can't get it to change. If I adjust fp it will not make a difference and if I lean out the f29c table it does not affect anything. Did I maybe hook something up wrong maybe need to adjust different table in tunerpro? Any help is appreciated.

I never hit wot but cruising, and idleing, it is at 10.1 the only time it levels out is during acceleration is about 13.0. The integrater on tunerpro isn't moving o2s are 900-1000 ran datamaster and that says blms are good.

Doesn't the LC1 need to be calibrated periodically? Maybe thats the problem. When your making changes to the bin, make sure you have the closed loop enable temp increased to 150 deg C so the ECM wont try to correct it, and then see if the changes make a difference. Start at idle, engine warm and change the idle (closed throttle- F31E I think) table and see if it changes the AFR.

i would also double check the outputs are going to the right places.
and the outputs are programmed properly.
jeff has mentioned that hes noticed that the lc-1 does need to be calibrated often

Just recalibrated the lc1 and it is fine my truck is really rich it burns the eyes bad and plugs are black. No matter what I do I can't get the afr to budge at all I can't figure it out. I tried a different bin and it is the same afrs in the low 10's all the time warm idle cruise brake in, in drive, like my fp needs to be dropped but I droppped it down to 25 lbs and it didn't even phase it one bit. I checked for vac leaks around the map sensor and found none, It seems non responsive to tunerpro f29c table but seems to respond to other things in tunerpro like switching constants etc. :banghead: Every once and a while the o2s will jump down to 30-40 and stay there without doing anything.

Why wouldn't my fpr affect the afr, would that mean it is something with the o2 and the computer is compensating for the fp adjustment? just trying to think of what could be wrong. I tried to adjust base pulse and my o2s went crazy jumpng all over and didn't affect anything they are at 0.0999 throughout the table. Thanks for the help so far guys.

It could be compensating- did you make sure you are forcing open loop?

Depends on how big your injectors are... 10 psi of fuel pressure on stock injectors only moves you .2 afr or so. If you're way below the floor of the sensor already, it'd take a huge amount of FP to see the change. On the 50s like you have, it's better, but it still won't move much.


I'd start with a stock injector 3bar chip, and move the BPC like Jim sugggested. That'll get you started, then play with F29 and F77 to work WOT fueling.

There are a lot of questionable 3bar/50 cals out there... particularly the ones being passed around. Sometimes it's better to start from a known good base.
