well until everything gets sorted out legally, i'd much rather we know Merk as the information/friendly guy that we all know, especially those of us that have hung out with him at events.

Spooldup...your situation sucks. I highly doubt given Merks other ordeal that he'll be able to make ammends with you, even if he wanted to, anytime soon.

I agree, i've had nothing but good dealings with merk and he was always a nice guy when i met him, albeit short and pale, but nice :lol:

I really hate to read stuff like this. Merk has always been a stand up person in the SyTy community, and has done lots to further the cause & gather information relating to our trucks. I'm sorry if you got burned, I've always held Brian in high regards. It would be good to hear his side of the story, but sounds like he has alot more to be concerned about
