Braided oil return line for stock turbo

Hi all!

Going through the old searches two questions

1.) Does anyone have an up to date contact for the braided oil return line for a stock turbo setup? Slow slow wetness from the return line at the rubber coupling past 4 years I'd love to stop.

2.) Is it possible to do this swap without dropping the oil pan? Fit of old line is so tight that I was lucky three years ago to reband little flex coupling with heater hose clamps but dont see how I'm going to unthread the plug to the pan to swap to braided line.

Many thanks for any notes, Pete

take the metal pipe to a shop, cut it off and get them to weld it to a fitting for braided.

You don't need to drop the pan. It.s not that tight. take your down pipe off and you should be ok.

just get the flange from detroit turbo, i think it's for a -10 fitting, and then use addapters to fit it to the pan.

Thanks for notes :)

Will contact Detroit Turbo Monday to see what fittings they have. I'm assuming this would be fittings at the pan and at the turbo ends with a generic braided line from Summit/Jegs not a compression fitting from the existing hard tube.

I got down pipe welded to cat and then straight out back over rear end with no mufflers, so for "shade tree" work can't drop down pipe.... wonder if still doable space wise or have to hack up exhaust and get retigged?

Quick followup for cloneman315.. any pics of erue's setup option?

Thks!!!
