boostvalve questions??

do a lot of people use this boostvalve? good product? dangerous? work good with ultimate chip? is the basic fine or is the 2 stage better or is this overkill with the ultimate?

Someone step in and correct me if I'm wrong here, but doesn't the Ultimate chip control the boost level through the ECM therefore making a manual boost controller pointless??
