For the most part, most dealers use KBB for trade-in and will typically go down from there based on what they see - if their competent. Most dealers will then use NADA to sell.
Last I looked KBB doesn't have a specific area for collector/classic autos, but will still show a number. NADA on the other hand does have a specific listing for collector/classics.
The last big variable will be what you're buying and how much they stand to make on that. They will adjust your trade-in number to make that more desirable or attainable, in the end they are just washing numbers around.
