I'm not sure I'm looking at the same truck. The unburned one has spare tires on it while the burnt one has the originals. Someone put the original wheels on it, then decided to burn it? Or was this the truck that was parked next to the one in the picture? WTF, and why burn it?

It's the same truck the VINs match. I don't know what caused the fire, but it could have been accidental and whoever owned it when it burned might have been in the process of fixing it up and thus put stock wheels on it.
Keep in mind there was almost a two year gap between the time Jimmy posted the auction and NJ93TY bought it burnt.
