Alignment settings

Hey Guys,
What should the camber and caster settings be? I need to know the factory settings, plus any other settings that might make the truck handle better would be greatly appreciated.

i've asked one question almost everytime this type of thread has come up, and i've never gotten an answer... so i'll try again.

will the specs shown in the forementioned link, work the same for a lowered truck? i got a set of brand new tires just sittin in the garage waiting to go on, but i need to get an alignment first and want to get the right specs before i get it done.

Yes, will work on lowered just the same as stock ride height.

I prefer more caster if you go wider than stock tires, but that is me.

They real key is to make sure your alignment guys gets them "RIGHT" not just "that is close enough"

Well I asked this before and I didn't get a good enough answer. What should the proper (stock) ride hight be? And at what points in the chassis should it be measured?

Measure pavement to bottom of fender cladding.

This is the front only, I didn't find anything for the rear measurements. ANYONE KNOW???

Maybe you could scale off of this picture of the rear to make your's stock height???

This is the front only, I didn't find anything for the rear measurements. ANYONE KNOW???

I measure my Syclone when it was 100% stock and all the number varied from each corner noticably. 27 1/16 , 27 1/2 for the fronts and 30 1/4 and 30 1/2 for the rears. The lower side was the drivers, I would guess some of the rear driver side difference was due the front.

Also, note that this is the 'quick and dirty' check established to detect tampering. It is generally frowned upon to do any precision suspension alignment or measuring based on bodywork, because it is notoriously inaccurate. The "proper" answer to six-wheelers question is in the Syclone/Typhoon supplement, which I don't find online, on page 3A-1. Measuring from the centerline of the lower a-arm pivot bolt, parallel to the ground, then up to the lowest inboard edge of the steering knuckle. Distance should be 63.6 +/- 6 mm.
