A click, a clunk, who da thunk

big jeep little truck
So after gettin my sy back form the shop fro 9 months:rant: it is running better than ever, until on the way to the emissions station. Just driving straight ahead and all of a sudden I hear this huge clunking noise on the passenger front side, sounding like I was going to break and axle! and it started pullin really hard to the right:( so I slow down to check it out and it goes away. After some visual inspection with the cv joints, nothing, axle bearing, nothing. It is kinda freakin me out. Maybe I am not ment to have a runnin sy? Any ideas if bushing could play an affect?

bad lower ball joint? you need to jack up the front end and see if anything moves or is moveable. wheels off the ground, could be a lot of stuff

Jack it up and see if you can rotate the wheels.

I'd also pull the right front wheel and check everything out.

I'd tend to agree with a stuck caliper since it hadn't been driven in 9 months.
