Yes 3100 was my winning bid but it was on approval. There are so many rules that the seller can put into place. Im not going to go through them all but yes you can set a reserve and if it doesn't hit they put it on approval until they ask the seller what they want to do. In this situation the seller wants more so he did not approval my bid and they are going to run it again tonight starting at the last highest bid which was mine at 3100. Ran a carfax and the truck is clean with one owner. It might need a tranny or a motor who knows. On the other hand it might need a fuse, haha If you are a licensed dealer and registered on copart you can stop by and look at it but i'm not that close. I will let you know what it goes for tomorrow.
So a truck being sold "as is" that doesn't even run has a reserve?
