4l80E or not!

Wwent to etown Frinday night, made one pass and burnt the 2-4 band on my tranny. Coming home, I punch it from about 70mph and after that 4th start slippping.
Burnt the 2-4 once before and Ckperformance took care of me, I am sure he will again.
I am going to get it rebuild by CK again but I am debating weather I should put it back on or go with a 4l80e.
I don't drive the ty much but when I do, I drive it hard.

Just do the 80. If they were a more popular option back when i was blowing transmissions left and right, I would have just done the 80 and gotten it over with
