ive looked under user cp clicked on everything but cant find how to change the clock right now its sayin 4:32pm but its 11:33am im in chicago. also is there any way to put email notification on permantly? thanks for any help.

both are in the UserCP under Edit Options. set it to "instant email notification" and then towards the bottom there is a drop down for time zone
