J/K in the 45#. The target is to be able to run in the 22- 24 lb range. I recently went through the motor and made some changes. We widened out the LS on the new cam to 116* and add a little more duration.
The 60-1 P tirm turbos were replaced with a more efficient 62 - 65 billet compressor wheel turbos. These turbos are bigger, spool better and more more exhaust gases.
Low 20s on boost at 7,000 rpm trap rpms is where we think this will end up. Last fall I ran a 148 mph trap speed on 104 octane gas with 16-17 lbs of boost. That was with blowing the tires off twice and only getting a 10.71 et.
Once we get the motor dialed in I still have a lot of work to do to set up the chassis. I may have a pro chassis under with a lot of tuning options, it but it does not have the out of the box AWD bite we are used to. I do however think that at the end of the day it will be able to hook just fine. Considering how difficult it is to keep tires planted in the high powered AWD setups it will be interesting to see if this type of setup will be as good.
