Well, if you think the vaccum leak at the TB is a problemo, try squirting it with some brake cleaner while the truck is running. If the RPM's shoot up a bit, there is a defenite vaccum leak. These trucks just seem to be a little cold blooded to boot. Did the problem arise suddenly or gradually...
Only feasable option I can think of would to have the injectors flow tested. Other than that, find somebody to swap a set with. Try clearing the codes as well, also sounds like a dirty IAC. Good luck.

I know the detonation is not good for it :) As soon as I hear it ping I get out of the throttle. With the IC cap off and the pump running, I don't see any movement whatsoever in the IC. Pump seems to pump for a split second then stop. I'll check the timing tomorrow, drop it if necessary...
What water temp differences do you typically find with a functioning factory IC compared to a non functioning one? My pumps seems to be cavitating, truck runs warm and loves to ping. Would the higher water temp. difference be enough to make the truck detonate like crazy?
Well, I have some spare Baer brake stuff from my mustang, have to call them to see what else I need. Other than that, most likely ditch the ABS and figure out something for a rear disc conversion.
Plugs looked good. Seems to be a self induced problem with the electric fan I installed. Truck seems to be running a tad warmer, knock sensor is going crazy. Thanks for the replies.
Previous owner installed a 255 pump. Other than that, truck is stock except for a high flow cat & re routed IC lines. Seems as if I need an adjustable regulator to turn it down. What pressure should I be shooting for?
Checked the fuel pressure today, trying to track down some other problems. At idle, pressure stays solid aroud 65 psi on my gauge. That seems a little high??
