Z06 info (new pics)

i know this has been hammered into the ground numerous times but, i'm in the market for a set of black 18" zo6s. the ones i'm looking at are 9.5(57mm) and 10.5(58mm) but, i've yet to see any good close ups. the pics i HAVE seen, seem to show the lip as being machined rather than polished. i'd love to see to pics showing the width of the lip and luster of polish but, any pics would be greatly appreciated.

I'll try to get some good pictures of mine. I think they are 18x9.5 front(56mm offset) and 18x10.5 rear (54mm offset). I just got them 3 weeks ago. Problem is they are Chrome and not polished.

this is the pic provided by the company. as you can see, the lip doesn't appear to be polished very much. does anyone have this combo that might post some pics

That looks like it has a plastic coating on the lip to protect it.

:stupid:. It looks like the plastic stuff that they put on new chrome parts or video screens. It looks like it might be a snap-on plastic ring instead of the sheet stuff. Awesome looking wheel though:tup:

i have the black zo6-r rims..... i actually looked for tires on sat. so they might be on the truck by thurs. hopefully.

i use smaug's image uploader and it work very well, plus you can be reasonable sure he's not going to can the good stuff or send'em my way and i'll handle it

im ashamed these wheels havent been put on my truck yet.... i bought them like a year ago.... the picture quality wasnt the best but i just took these pics with a crappy cam. this is probably the 3rd time ive taken them outta the boxes they came in. lemme know what you think. and like i said, they might be on my truck by next weekend... so if im that lucky ill def. post some more pics.

funny....i had z06's on my s10 when i sold it. i wish i had those wheels back.

now im looking for them againon the ty....oh well

they are the ones i bought from jim longwith (sp)? from this website..... they were the 17x9.5" with the +54mm offset made by O.E. Concepts.....i also got the addictional adaptors from jim and they are all very bad ass if i do say so myself.... i just need to get them on my truck already. ha.... when you finally get something going something always has to break.... thats the story of my typhoon and im sure many other people's. oh and thanks for the compliment ashman.

18x9.5/18x10.5 combo in Chrome ($599) (bling, bling) plus shipping ($75)

tires: 245/40/18 up front 275/35/18 in the rear. if i were doing it again, i'd go with wider tires.

these are Factory Reproduction brand

took a few measurements and pics for reference:

18x9.5
overall width= 10.5
backspace= 7.5

18x10.5
overall width= 11.5
backspace= 8

ok finally!!!!!!! TA DA !!!!!!! i got around to getting many things accomplished on my truck and it is about time.... here are some pics (sorry about quality) of the black zo6-r on my 92 typhoon..... i fell in love again.

i knew people were going to ask me specs... the truth is i only bought them for looks not for speed or anything else.... i know other people on here know much more about these rims/tires than i do but im glad you like them. thanks
