So we get to east-jesus for streetracing...

I dump the 118 in, put the kaboom in, turn the boost up, and open the exhaust dump right?

I line up against a new TA and guess what?!?!?

PoPo right behind us, lights fuckin' flashin', siren screamin'.

I was under 10lbs of boost!!!

Basically the guy in the TA got the short straw, I RAN!

Our damn camera guy filmin' from the sideline jumps in the window of the 'phoon on the way by!!!!

We FRS'ed the guy in the TA's girl, and they were going to take him to jail but he talked his way out of that and only got his license taken right there and 12 points... only... eesh.
She said like 5 more cops showed up after that.

We have some brief footage of the whole thing, Justin is converting into .mpg...

But all you see is my bright ass lights I got from sean at the '01 nats and then the 5-0 runnin' up behind us briefly and then our cameraman chokes...

The only real footage is me doing a 4lb dry hop on datamaster checking out the O2's and knock and shit before I ream it.

Oh, and then we go to bail and a cop runs up on us and I thought for sure he was running me down from the other cop's radio.

Nope, near miss number two, he just flips a bitch with the lights on to run one of the other umpteen shitheads leaving the scene...

THEN, on the way home after all this shit, I get paced on the highway after boosting it on the onramp of Santa Fe and C-470.

He pulls over some guy going like 10mph faster than me on the highway.

The guy wasn't even speeding!

Too much redbull and nerves!!!!

So now I have to drive the truck to work tomorrow, set at 20 some-odd pounds of boost with the kaboom and 91 street gas... GGGGGgggreeat.

Ehh, at least you made it out. ::thumbsup:: Woulda sucked to lose one of our own. Have you guys tried toll road racing yet? :lol: Took my uncle to DIA yesterday, used the new part of E-470 from I-25 to the airport. Basically no traffic, and didn't see a single patrol car of any kind. I guess it would cost ya like $4 bucks or something with the toll gates and all. :lol:

Why would cops bust you on that section of the road (rhetorical question) ...answer is they won't you've already been taxed.

Thank god I didn't meet up with you guys. After Jason and I worked on my truck all night on friday and half the day saturday we finally finished up about 8:00 and did some tuning with datamaster... It's not running too bad for just throwing on all those parts... I guess pulling the tranny and adding the tc is next...

We ran into a sy & ty on our way back from Longmont I wish they would have been out earlier. It would have been cool to run up and down the strip with 2 sy's & 2 ty's.... Oh well...

I tried out that new section of toll road on wednesday but not with the sy. After enjoying a great day with the top down I had too see how fast the '66 mustang vert with a 6 cyl and 3sp would go... many minutes later and going down hill 92 mph :roll:
At least the other six cyl kicks ass...

Results were I figured out that my truck runs like ass with the dump open...
Opinions here?

Maybe I should have reset the ECM A&B, dunno.
Maybe it was a high boost situation revealing a bad ignition condition.
Maybe it was not enough back pressure.

Would have had Diacom data, but the friggin' laptop wouldn't stay running for some reason.
Acting like a little bitch for some reason.

Any thoughts from people that use dumps?

I got an update, and the damn cop let me go because he thought it was "Just a blazer"!!!!!!

The guy that got the ticket said the cop was asking "Why in the hell were you racing a blazer, isn't that a little unfair?"
