I just got off the phone with him, seems like a nice guy, not so sure he knows much about the trucks though.
Anyway, it's a non-runner. Could be anything, really. He thinks fuel pump, but I doubt that's the only thing ailing it. It's a crap shoot. Needs paint for sure.
Not a California truck, can't remember where he said it's from, so it might have some rust. He seems pretty firm on price, said he started at 8k and has now dropped it to 6500, and his pop paid 11k back in 2006-7 from auction. I would have made an offer of $3500-4k, but since it's never been registered in Cali, smog laws the way they are, this truck isn't for me. Maybe someone else here can save it. Good luck.
