Here are directions from the last trip...

"basically directions are: i-90 from ill to wi get off at the high crossing boulavard exit, at stop sign turn right go 1/2 mile, take a right at next stoplight, on nelson rd. go approx. 2 miles, till road comes to a T and a stop sign, take a left on bailey rd, go approx 1- 1 1/2 miles, take a left on park view rd, second duplex on the left.

Sorry guys -1. I have to get the condo finished before I can play cars..er, TRUCKS with the boys. It sucks paying two mortgages. It'd be sold by now if I didn't break my leg. Oh well. I will be at Miller Park next SAT to check out the start of the Power Tour. Let me know if anyone is planning to go there also.

i think everybody had fun even if we worked on GM Turbo's trucks. thanks clint for letting us come to your house and work on our trucks. thanks Dave for hooking up datamaster on the Sy to make sure everything was ok. it was good to hang out with other SyTyer, i always learn something from you guys!

Steve - we got the motor in Clint's Sy. We didn't get anything hooked up, but we did drop the motor in and got the motor mounts lined up. At that point we decided it was best for me to leave.

Let me know when you want instructions on using an angle grinder Thanks for risking body parts - the ride is SO much better. Although I got home and it looks like my front diff is leaking. I should have kept my mouth shut.

thanks to everyone that showed up. we all had a blast, some left with less skin....some left with better suspension,.....some left with less 1 less muffler,.... some left with 11lbs more boost, and a considerably faster truck,....some left with new brakes, and turned rotors.
and myself, i got 1 sy motor set in, and the motor mount bolts in, and 2 bellhousing bolts in.

and we all seemed to have a great time. i know i did, even though i was so tired that this is the fist time that i've even thought about coming on the site.

if this motor runs, im coming to nationals,....... if it doesnt im probably not

Sounds like I missed a lot of fun. I'll be at the next one for sure. I still need some help w/DM and other things too, IC line relocation. I'm anxious to see pics of the trucks that made it.

the truck is running great alot faster than before! im holding good boost with no overboost. kind a loud but it souns cool to me

Did you end up getting a piece of pipe welded where the muffler was? It will make a big difference in the cabin. I've been driving with no muffler for 6 years'ish. For a part of that I had a dump right off the cat - I thought I was going to go insane.
