I was thinking I would POR-15 the back half of my frame while I have the bed off and doing some other things. I de-greased it and power washed it today. I thought it was worse than it actually is. It has some surface rust in spots, but other spots has the rubberish coating on it still. I know the POR-15 works best on rust and it has to be prepped pretty good. I feel like it won't work out good because I have shiny metal in spots and the rubber under coating in other spots. Should I even bother with POR-15 or should I just go with some black paint or some kind of undercarriage coating?
