Window stuck....

Last night i was out crusin around and i put my driver side window down, it worked fine and always has. But when i went to put it back up the whole truck shut off till i let go of the up button. I dotn even know where to begin with this one, Would a short in the power window motor make the truck shut off? Did anyone ever have this problem before?

Hmm.... sounds like your motor is taking up quite a load. Could be internal short etc..
To rule out a faulty connection, open the door and slam it a few times. When ever our work S-10 gets a lazy window I give the door a few slams and it is good for a while...
