I saw a thread in the NE forum about this so it got my wheels turning.

Who all is planning on coming to Nats this year?

I really want to go but my wedding is the weekend before. My fiance said we can do a road trip for our honeymoon and stop at Nats as one place to go.

If both trucks are complete I would like to trailer the typhoon up to KC with the Tyclone.

Why else plans to go?

The TrailBlazer's LS2 falls five horses short of the Corvette/SSR/Pontiac GTO engine because it uses an engine-driven belt in place of those cars' electric fans (for towing reasons). The AWD version, with its Torsen center differential, has a 6600-pound tow rating, and the RWD model is capable of towing 6800 pounds.

No way no how will I be towing anything with the gas guzzling SS. It has 4.10 gears in it.
I'm waiting for the TBSS guys to work out all the bugs before I mod it.

Trying to get it put together to be able to attend... a new job has me kind of tied down by the ankles right now.

Would be cool if we could all caravan up on I-35 picking up members along the way.

Well...My truck is running at the moment, hopefully it will make it a few more months without a major problem. I plan on taking it to nats, and I think that it would be cool to do a caravan on the way up there.

Well its a Ty, so it doesnt run of course.

Actually it runs GREAT! Idles awesome, sounds great, etc... It just has a new found oil leak... go figure, its a Typhoon. :tdown: :rant:
