Well, to shed a little light... after ripping my truck completely apart, I can give you the exact time frame for production. My frame was assembled on Feb 1st 1993. The final production date given by PAS is Feb 18th 1993. Matches the date on the shipping documentation that came with the truck

Is the final date given by PAS on the door? I'd look but it's cold outside and my truck is up the street about 3 miles.

Yes, the door jamb sticker has a stamped completion date on it

Typhoon #0015 was on a used car lot a couple of months ago. They wanted $12,000 for it. It was after dark when I looked at it, but it looked spotless. It had 103,000 miles on it and was black/black. The doorjamb said the build date was '09/09/91'.
