What's the trick to get the ECM into the glovebox? I spent 2 frustrating hours trying to get mine up there and it wasn't even close. With all the wires I've got tapped into the stock ECM (grounds, WB02 signal, NBO2 signal, capacitors, reference grounds etc.), I became afraid they'd be damaged as well.

Maybe some trucks just have main harnesses with insufficient length to pull this off?

it wasn't easy for me, but I also moved the ECM with the WB, DRAC, and e-01. The wires were tight, but with thorough planning and routing of the wires, it's doable. You'll want to pull the glovebox completely apart and take out the trap door in the back.

I did it in both my trucks, I did my old Typhoon first and it seem to be tight. I did my syclone 2nd, it was real easy, I took my time to make nothing was tangled. I left my drac in the stock position.

As far as learning to tune, some of the new tools will "help".

ECM in glove box seems each truck is different. On my ty i couldn't get it to reach. That was 4 yrs ago when it ran last. The sy I did in YMCA parking lot in 5 minutes.

Done it to several other trucks since. Some are easy, some are a PITA.
