Where does this hose go?

I purchased my new to me Syclone last week. It won't run correctly until it is warmed up. I know it needs stuff gone through which I am going to do but this hose I can't find where it obviously goes. We are doing some other maintenance to the truck but I am curious about this, just not obvious to me.

There are 2 hose ports on that side of the throttle body. The top hose goes to your T PCV valves on the passenger side and the bottom hose ( if connected) is a hose that gets antifreeze to the throttle body but cant remember exactly where it gets connected on the other end. Maybe somone else can chime in on that.

that hose goes the PCV valve by the passenger valve cover, you should plug it if you are not using a PCV valve. its going cause a vacuum/boost leak.
the port for antifreeze is not used , its just left open

What are pros/cons to not having that hose connected to pcv valve? Just looked at mine, looks like it continues from valve to air intake tube..

Short answer, the main function is emissions. It is supposed to pull any "fumes" from the crankcase into the intake where they can be burned and it prevents pressure from building up in the crankcase. As long as the engine is vented, say with breathers in the valve covers, you don't have to worry about pressure build up and you would not necessarily need a pcv valve but there could be some benefit to having vacuum applied to the crankcase.

There are 2 PCV valves. The hose pictured is supposed to go forward, under the throttle body, and plug into the cross-over tube ahead of the turbo inlet. someone left it hanging out the back, where it isn't supposed to be.

The other PCV valve has a short hose that goes to the rear facing, bottom fitting on the throttle body. Not much of this one or its hose can be seen with the upper IC installed.
