I just talked with a local speed shop that can do the GMC wheel cap stickers. I can get 4 stickers any color for $10 shipped to anyone who's interested. I'll do a set for mine first and take some pics. The will be similar to the pics above.

Found some plain silver center caps too:

Hopefully they will fit AFS wheels. They are 3" wide for a 2.5" center hole.

Keep me posted, I'm very interested.

But it looks like I can pull up the C4 flags on mine, and have a more or less flat center cap. There will be a small black ring, but if the sticker covers the whole cap with a silver background, and then the GMC letters on top, it would work perfectly

I can make the GMC sticker any size you want. Right now I'm doing them so they fit 3" caps. If you want it smaller, let me know.

Mike, can you do those with my "PG" logo in them? I can send you one of my center caps if you want to double check fitment.

I bought a set of ZR1 saw blades (17 X 9.5 & 11) before the Homecoming in MI. I plan to go the same route as Wade Segrest (93 TY 2185) and design/CNC a set for mine. May produce these for sale if there is enough interest.

The only problem that I could foresee would be different dimensions among the various manufacturers of the rims which could cause fitament issues...

Absolutely, VERY easy to do with the raster to vector software that we have at work. I can take any logo or image and convert it to geometry that I can modify and cut on the CNC. I will be able to use your avatar to create my CAD file... I will send you what I come up with in a day or so.

As far as fitament goes, if you have a dial caliper you will be able to check for yourself. The O.D. of your center cap should be 3.000". Mine is 3.003". The thickness of the center cap near the edge should be .145". As far as the draft angle in the center where the plastic center cap "snaps" into, it should be 25 degrees. You can confirm this by laying out the angle on a piece of paper with a protractor and cutting it out with a pair of scissors. Then lay the piece of paper on the face of the rim with the angle side towards the draft to see if it is parallel or not.

I'll start measuring that today. Soon as I get the wheels back with the tires mounted.

Mike, I'm gonna email you a better image. My original actually has all the characteristics of a real gear tooth. It'll probably turn out better.

Just out of Curiosity, could you CNC "Syclone" into a set of calipers? That would Look killer behind rims with GMC in the center caps.

i am in the Market for a new Tire and wheel package, I was considering the Sportmachines SS wheels 8.5" & 10" with 245/40/18's and 275/35/18's but i cant see them in the Flesh and i am trying to find out how they sit, Sportmachines says they sit more agressive and flush to the cladding, OK this is what i come up with on the front factory wheels and stock spec 245/50/16 tires, with a straight edge and level my front tire rests about a 1/4" inbound of the cladding and the lip of the wheel is about 1/2"-3/4" more inward, The Back is the opposite, my tire sits a 1/4" sticking out of the cladding and the wheel is inbound of the cladding only about a 1/4"
Now i know the 18" wheel & Tire package will have a bit of a tighter profile but by how much,
IMOP you can go a little more aggressive in the front maybe 5mm to give you a more aggressive-flush look but in the rears i dont believe so,
anyway any thoughts or experiences with this

My math says that all four tires need to the same. (AWD) If you go to stagger the width between the rear and the front tires, buyer beware. 17" by 9.5" x 4 = Good math.
