I had a conversation with myself:
"This truck aint gonna build itself."...

"But I'm fu***** tired."

"Don't be such a pu***." .....

"Fine."

So I took all this rubber scrap out from under the hood....


...and replaced it with:


Maybe I'll work on it again tomorrow.....:roll:

i dont have my aftermarket radiator perfect yet, so i put the stocker in so i can take it to a big local cruise this weekend. The turbo piping is also a temporary setup until i set the new rad in place. Should be running tonight.

I took apart my old engine that was pulled out and discovered it has a balance shaft engine how great. Good thing it getting v8'd

now time to part with the old parts to make some extra funds for the new project. then I can start posting interesting stuff like you guys up on here.

fixed the 7th injector -
i can now fix yours too- or purchase cheaply in non working condition the parts you may have

Started to look at a possible ground issue, and then just went out and drove around instead.

Hooked up the 2-step to the cruise control instead of the momentary switch I had on the shifter. 10 minute hook up thanks to Bob Ostercamp's idea.

Randy, I knew it was your idea from the start. I've asked you questions about it once before, just your how to thread was a bit confusing that's why I didn't do it until Bob told me a similar version. Sorry man! :tup:

and to try to get an inspection. The sticker on the truck expired in 12/2002. I've put about 3,000 miles on it since December 2001. :doh:

IT PASSED!!!! It's a little less exciting to drive now that it's legal. :lol:

Dropped it off at my dads house so he can take it to work tomorrow. He has a coworker that bought a Ty new in 93 and wanted to surprise them in a ride at lunch.

Did some Nats prep today. My Sy & Ty are all cleaned up and filled with fuel. :tup:

cleaned and waxed for the NATS also got the upper Sportmachines hoses on :D getting ready to put on the trailer so im ready to head out first thing tomarrow morning :tup:

got her all cleaned up and ready to hit the road tomorrow morning to the nats. I just realized its going to be an expensive trip 2000 miles round trip at 10 mpg at $4 plus = ouch
