I re-installed my 3" downpipe and I hope I never have to do that again.

I removed these rivets and replaced them with nuts and bolts.. This will make installing my 80e and awd case much easier..

Seems like an awful long way to run the vacuum ball. Do you really need it? Dont you have hydroboost?

I do have hydroboost and I probably don't need it but I figured why not if I can hide it down there and not look at it when I open the hood. Also I'm running a standard 4x4 front diff with the vacuum actuated coupler. I plan to leave that there even after I put a AWD case in so that I can do RWD burnouts(and probably ruin my viscous clutch) when I want.. I'd hate to be building boost to do a launch and have that coupler disengage...

The other day while addressing a no-start issue realized that I had a fuel leak coming from the passenger side. Had gas sitting in the lower intake "caverns" and had leaked all the way down towards the starter as well.

So yesterday took off the IC and found the fuel leak at the #2 injector. Lifted the fuel rail and got the injector out.

Replaced the o-rings on that injector, put everything back together, pressure tested it and verified no more leaky (FYI - I got a fuel injector o-ring kit from Napa for like $8 - Other places like AutoZone wanted $30+ and none had them locally).

With the threat of fire burning down the truck and house out of the way, hooked her up to a battery charger and let her sit for an hour or so then fired her up, so she's back alive. Then spent a little time troubleshooting some of the issues I am having.

Shoutout to Rodney, Rene and Mark for their advice and assistance. Was kinda cool to be working on the truck and at the same time being able to chat about the truck and all sorts of random shit with them.

Nice. I'm looking for tires. What type and size did you get?

The NT555's, Got them from discount tire direct for $726 for the set of 275/315's -17's If your running the 275's on all fours they have a falken thats a pretty good deal. I bought 2 for the front of the sy right before I sold it and the guy that bought it wanted the factory wheels, so they are in the garage with about 350 miles on them. Here is a link to the falkens http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-NEW-275-4...|Rim+Diameter:17&hash=item53f0d776e9&vxp=mtr#

Dropped the fuel tank and installed a new AC Delco fuel pump. I was putting it all back together and was as far as bolting the tank straps back up when I realized that I left the fuel line fittings only hand-tight. Dropped it enough to get wrenches in there to tighten them up and finished it off.

Putting a new map sensor in after I get off work in 20 degree weather in the dark. Crap box ran without it plugged in but wouldn't without it.

After 7 months of sitting in garage on jack stands, had a friend install the used tranny & TC in the Syclone!! I have forgotten how much fun this thing is. Got to test drive it in the snow! Many of you on FB saw my pics this evening.

I haven't seen my truck in a few weeks. I better go visit it this weekend to make sure it's still there.

I registered and put a plate on ty 1492 so I can legally drive to the shop to get started on the cladding R/R. Took it for a quick 10 minute ride, the first time its been driven since I brought it home last november. I was only out about 3 minutes and had the ABS light come on and the dash lights quit working. Oh joy,The syty gremlins have stopped by to visit. Still was fun to drive it for that little bit!

Got in it yesterday to go get breakfast and dead battery. So I spent the day modifying the tray and dropping it all the way down in to the corner and then went and found a battery to fit the hole.

Mounted a vacuum block and routed the vacuum lines to it. Looks a lot better now not having all of the lines lying on top of the engine.
