Getting closer to finishing the coilover and f-body brake install. Everything is on but the sway bar, and brake lines. I will then bleed the brakes, and lube it up, and take it for an alignment.

DIY 20% rear side window tint. i'm not a pro but for $35 for the two windows and about 45 minutes, its perfectly fine.

gonna hit the bank so i can take out another loan to drop the $13 on film for the rear. :rotf:

I'd have to see that gate in real life. What's with the left front in the second pic? Looks like you broke it...

Thought I was done with the front coilover suspension, and F-body brake install.....but after I put the wheels on and got it back on the gorund...it's too low. So, now I gotta attempt to use my little coilover tool to make adjustments with very little room...or remove the shocks and do it the easy way in the vice. Not looking forward to dealing with all those washers again, I'll be sure to measure all and get the correct spacers.

Any recommendations on what length the QA1 coilover shock should be?

I forgot I needed to re-tap the holes for the sway bay too. So, I'll give that a try when I get the wheels off again.

Quick question, it looks like the upper arms are on upside down/wrong side. I think the the are supposed to angle up, not down. I would have to look at mine but mine go up I think. Maybe mine are wrong.

Ok so I looked at Viciousv6 post and the ironic part is this is ViciousV6 coilover setup off his truck after the roller was parted out by a different owner. I was going to wait till tomm to check it out but when laying in bed I could take it anymore and I decide to come and compare the two pics and you guys were right thanks Danen and Sean. So after getting up I decided to tear into and fix it. So Danen does this look correct now?

That looks correct. I cant see anything else that is off.

I'm surprised that it bolted up like that. Happy to help out, but now I wonder if it wouldn't have been able to be driven like that?? I think you may have found a quick fix for the crazy ball joint angle when lowered. Haha j/k

I would just take them out. I had the same problem, but mine had to have the 1" spacer installed. I cranked on them as hard as I could with the small tool, and it just gets to hard to turn/ keep from slipping off. As well as making sure both right/left are equally sprung.

But you might try first and see what you think. Mine had to come off.
