......still trying to get the passenger front fender off. down to one bolt under the head light, one below it, and seems one more hiding around where the coolant tank was disconnected. The fender is rough and worst panel so knocking it out first.

EDIT: 6/26/16, fender and front bumper removed. I find myself saying "if it's not one thing it's another" several times. Quite a few "how did that bolt get in there" or "do I really have to remove that to get access to this"? Unfortunately a few "how did that get bent".

PS: Air tools are my new best friend.

replaced the factory torque bar crossmember with a tubular one. pain in the ass. didn't line up, sent too short of bolts, drive shaft loop was two inches too low, and nothing to guide, hold emergency brake cables, so I moved drive shaft loop up, adjusted holes for bolts, new bolts, and welded on some brake cable tube, guides. in the end I should have just made it my self lol.

finally took my truck out for a cruise yesterday. It had a rough startup and poor idle. I tracked it down to the 7 year old MSD box. Ordered a new one, and i should be running strong for Carlisle.

Brandon check the 2 wires on the ignition module mine get rusty and frail have to change connectors once a year. I also thought it was my ignition box.

I unplugged the MSD jumper and the problem went away. Usually, the truck runs extremely smooth with the MSD plugged in, and it barely idles with the MSD unplugged.

Now it has a hard time even starting with the MSD. I have 3 spares of that two-wire harness though, i will try swapping them out.

I finished installing my new RenzFab a/c delete kit. Its a nice piece. Really frees up a lot of room. Everyone should get it.

Front end body mostly off. Long way to go and need to make some decisions on the engine direction.

Put on my new billet license plate bracket John (djsy934) made up for the Sy. If anyone's interested, you can PM John. Also made me realize someone's tags were a little expired:roll:. Oh well, new one's on the way.

I drove to pick up some trees, mulch, and other yard goodies. And since I didn't post last week, I hauled some scrap into the scrap yard and picked up a snow plow for the garden tractor. Yep, it works as a truck.
