14K with 83K miles. It was nice, then I got my hands on it lol. I have about 16K into it, not including purchase price.

Well over $50k USD into the 24k mileTyphoon (and climbing) and it'll never have a drop of C16 through the rails. Syclone sits as bought four years ago with 23k miles and a hole in the oil pan for $7000 USD.

Why did I answer that question? :p

$21,500 for Sy 1817 with 127 original miles in Dec 2004. Recently spent $2,900 for wheels and tires (due in this week) so I can preserve the original mint wheels and tires. Didn't have to spend the extra $ but I wanna keep the original stuff looking nice....not to mention I hate having a vehicle that looks like everyone else's. It's bad enough they all came in black, save for a very, very few produced for specialty reasons. Wheel and tire changes seemed to be my "cheapest" alternative to achieve my objective :)

$7000 for #2186 in April '04 with 39000 miles - bone stock save the air filter and custom wheels. About 2400 into it for tires/tuneup/various fixes.

Not a single solitary regret and reading some of the other prices, I feel pretty fortunate :D

Paid about $27,000 in July 1992 for my '92 Ty (it was new). Have receipts for every part and service charge since. Takes up just about a file drawer. Do not want to know what I have in it.

Paid $7000 for the Sy in August of 2002. The stock truck had about 95k miles on it at that time. Put an additional $1k into it now including a new set of Nitto DR's that I bought today. Last time at the track it ran 12.8 (last October) with a set of worn out Firestone SZ's (came off of the Ty, tires must be 8+ years old). Looking for mid 12's this year.

"free" really? Why? Is the buyer for the blue box on here?

Cause 237 holds the key on all PAS information, they wanted it to go to someone who wouldnt want to hack it up and let out all the secrets. :)

and the buyer could possibly be on here. if he is...he'll speak up eventually. :squint:

I paid,

$13,000 for Syclone#1992 with 46K and probably put 4K into it to get it perfect.

$8750 for Typhoon #2288 with 46K, and probably put around 2K into it.

Kinda funny how they both had the same mileage.

I bought mine in NOV '04 with 73K for $8900. Bone stock with a sunroof and new treads. Now 7K miles later, I have only 400 into her with an alt. and upcoming tuneup next week. Next I plan to get a working CD player and add an alarm. Then I have some more maintenance items that need a 'tending to like an idler arm, torsion bar bushings and, cv boot. Then another set of rims and WINTER tires. It may be AWD but, it don't like the snow, at least with these crappy "all" season tires.

$8,000 for a 112,000 mile truck about 2 years ago,
up to this year I'm at least $22,000 just in repairs and upgrades not including the original purchase prices.
Not a cheap hobby but the Syclone's gonna be alot of fun when she's completed

Re: what did u guy pay for your trucks?

Paid $14,850.69 for mine with 50,603 miles on the clock back in June of '99. Found out through a "service performed under warranty" inquiry that the motor was replaced at 25K. Fortunately it was one of the "right" motors when GM still had crate syty specific motors in stock.

Truck was pretty much stock except for the hypercrap chip which caused me to overboost and a puny 1 7/8" exhaust... Being on the mailing list, syty.net and hanging out with other owners helped me get it all straightened out. Could never have ran mid 12's on the stock motor and turbo without the help of everyone in the syty community .

Don't even wanna think about how much $ that I have invested in it when I only drive it little over 3K a year (has 70K on the clock now). Hell, I have $1K in my gauge setup alone and I'm on my third transmission not to mention all the "safety mods"... Have a PTE stealth turbo that has been sitting on the shelf for almost a year now. Don't mean a thing though since I will NEVER sell it. Besides, when you put so much blood, sweat and tears into somethig, it becomes part of who you are. Syclone owner for life ya see ;).
