Taking the tailgate apart of a Typhoon to fix the rear window squeak, only to have it start squeaking again a week later, over and over again.

After removing the bezel for paint, I would have to say reassembling the a/c heat controls. Not much to it... just a PITA to get the sliders to klick in, sitting in an awkward position and not scratch the new paint.

well lets see..........anything that involves raising the hood to do..........
