I have an extra dashmat if you're interested and happen to be going to Kellers this year or will be up in Nashville anytime soon. It's not embroidered with the Ty logo though.

Getting the burnt smell out of Crispy... and some things that have been left out

Manifold replacement (500 degree oven trick works pretty well)

Tightening the distributor bolt after setting the timing, (without a 1/4 drive socket and swivel)

Tightening the upper left turbo nut on a PTE housing

yep, I have had my truck since 2002, and my heater core finally went out this past week. I have had the dash out before but never done the core, hoping it wont be too bad. Thanks for the pics davep, it will help me out.

Hate- grease fitting on idler arm, Ty tank, R&R trans, anything cladding.......

Easiest-hmmmm drain and fill oil or air up the tires?

Ty gas tank wasn't any more difficult than any other gas tank I have had to drop.

Stock rubber motor mount removal was more of a chore than than installing the solid mounts/frame pads.

From diff R/R was a pain.

Tuning is difficult for me right now, but I'm sure it'll get easier the more time I spend with it.

Least favorite syty task for me would have to be KR troubleshooting.

Removal of the downpipe seems easy enough.. until you try to remove just the downpipe!

Working on a clean truck sure helps with everything.

That being said, keeping the truck clean eats more of my time than anything.

I am fortunate that it is reliable, I guess.
Gas tank wasn't bad at all. Tip - replace everything.
Cladding tab.
Self tuning.

Solid motor mounts and front diff with engine in. My passenger side rubber engine mount was smashed so bad that I had to use a ratchet strap to rip it off. That sucked.

I can't wait until I have to start tackling all the other little leaks that are pretty much everywhere.
