So some of you may remeber that i wrecked my Typhoon, a few weeks back. Well the insurance company cut me a check, with my credit unions name on it. So i paid the ty off and took what was left over. Well some idiot at the credit union "ASSUMED" that the insurance company was salvaging out the vehicle, so she mailed the title, (signed off) to my insurance company instead of me. So i'm ready for the insurance company to claim they have ownership because they have they have the title that was signed over to them by the credit union. What makes it worse is i'm supposed to take the ty to california this weekend to deliver it to a new owner, and i have several people depending on me to give them a ride down. I understand we all make mistakes, but seriously why would you just assume somebody owned a vehicle rather than making sure who the proper owner is.
