weard noise from my truck please help

what kind of noise comes from your truck when this bearing or front axle is pending going out? please help my truck has a funny noise coming from the front right wheel area and only occurs when i sometimes break and only sometimes when i hit a bump and same with reverse? anyone have some ideas please let me know asap. wes

It is a distinct sound, sorta like a high pitched SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH. Hope that helps you narrow it down.
