:rotf: :rotf: like his Ty could make it there :rotf: oh thats a good one.
yea i don't drive my ty much/at all. I'm sure it wouldn't see bucks county unless trailered and i have no means of trailering it. Its gone a total of about 150 miles under its own power since Jan 2002.

so is anyone actually goin to drive there sy ty there or are they goin to drive the beaters
I'll probably be going down in my "beater" Ty when/if we get a firm date for this set. I have to call it a beater since there's 3 different colors of sheetmetal on the front end, but now that its self-propelled, I definately plan on taking it for the ride.

I'll try to be there with my Ty...depends on the distance and whether or not I have to work...but it would be cool to meet some of the members.

Anytime in the spring is fine. I have a 4 acre back yard, so as long as the ground isn't to wet, we can all park out back. As far as I'm concerned, anyone is welcome, wives, girlfriends, etc. My house is VERY easy to find. Well maybe we can get everyone to give an idea as to when would be a good date.

well then do we want to set a date for this in Late March? We can push Dave and Busters back to the fall or possibly even summer as long as it doesnt conflict with Nats, NE Extravaganza or any other pre-planned events.

April is already spoken for with E-Town (ill be making a post about that soon)

May is will be a BBQ at Jimmy V's in Connecticut like last year.

June is SyTy Nationals in Kansas City, and possibly an upstate NY thread as well from reading the other thread..........past that, nothing else is set in stone till September.

IMO, there's NO way the ground will be dry in any time in March. My lawn is saturated and we're getting pounded with more snow today. It would have to be very warm in the next few weeks to dry out the grass...and that's not likely.

Frank, can we park on the street/driveway?

Ha! You ever think about working for the post office? (rain, sleet, shine or snow)

My garage queen will NOT be subject to such conditions. :rotf: I took it out for a ride yesterday and cringed every time a piece of old rock salt got kicked up into the wheel well.

LOL.....Hey guys...a lil snow isn't gonna hurt anything....I drove my Ty year round in Alaska for the past 4 years because it was my only means of transportation. Of course they didn't salt the roads up there because the moose like to come out on the highway to lick it off the road so they use a combonation of gravel and chemical compounds to melt the snow.

Having AWD sure helped but I'm sure some members frown on taking their sy/ty out for a romp in the snow. I figure that I bought a car to drive....that I'd drive it no matter what the weather was like. Of course if I had the money to drive the Ty part time I would probably park it somewhere and only drive it on nice days. What can I say?? I love to drive my Typhoon!!!...lol....Just my opinion..I could be wrong.... :2cents:
