valve seals

hey i just got valve stem seals from gm and thee was
8 black rubber, 8 black plastic, and 8 white plastic ones.
is this right???? it is for a 4.3 v6... i asked the counter person and he said :dunno:

They gave you the amount for a small block. Same thing but you'll just have two cylinders worth of extras.

cool thats what i needed to know now they will go on ebay for a chevy 350.
