OK, I'm sure that by now some of you are wondering when I will be getting these Volvo fan kits completed. Now that the hollidays are almost over I can get back to work on them. I've included a couple pics of the current status and should have a finished package sometime next week so I'll post more pics then. For now... here's the sample "test" kit that is on my truck. It's not finished but the radiator mounts nicely and the space for the fan is nearly perfect.
This pic is the botom plate with rubber radiator supports
This one is the bottom plate with the radiator in place. There will be an additional piece for the fan to mount to.
Finally here is the top plate installed with the fan but not trimmed at the ends.
That's it for now, I just wanted to let you all know that eventough the hollidays postponed it a bit, progress is being made. I hope to have everything completed and ready to ship real soon.
