TYs or SYs in FLIX?

Im a member of the impala SS forum and once we had a post to see how many Impalas were in movies.,.. We came up with quite a few, Now, Im wondering if we can do the same here?

Have you seen a movie where a SY/TY was seen? I really cant think of any...

PS- I do clearly remember the movie CRANK... There is a scene where they destroy TWO Black impalas........ I almost cried....:tdown:

U serious... I searched for MOVIES and could not find much.... Can you direct me to that post....

Search on this site uner "absolute power" and "fallen" and you should find the threads.

I haven't tried it but I've seen the thread when I was in Iraq. (lotta free time)

Off the top of my head:

Absolute Power - Clint is driving one of his 3 Green/Gry Tys
Falling Down - When Micheal Douglas gets out of his car on the freeway, there is a Teal/Gray Ty and Sy a few cars under the bridge. It's a quick shot

Seinfeld - Kramer drops an AC unit on top of a Syclones hood while they are wandering around a parking garage looking for their car.

Lethal Weapon 3 - You can see the 1991 Aspen Blue Typhoon sitting on the side of the road at the scene where the people leave Danny Glovers house. The Sy is seen where Reanne is filming her big movie seen and Riggs goes and smacks this shit out of the guy not realizing it is a movie. Ive got pics of Mel Gibson standing next to the trucks behind the scenes.

Jackass - One of the episodes where Preston is chasing Weeman in their underwear, there is a Blk Ty parked on the side of the road

Alias - Supposidly in one episode a Wht Ty drives in front of the camera

I heart Huckabees - Typhoon on the street

Discovery Channel Documentary - Storm Chaser Typhoon being nailed by hail...

I remember someone saying a Jenna Jameson porno had a Ty in it....

A cops episode had a Sonoma GT in it......


There are also a handful of celebs and athletes who own trucks as well.

BY the way, have you ever noticed that you never pay attention to other vehicles.... UNTIL you OWN one? Then you are always looking for them and see them everywhere... Except for the TY/SY... They are So RARE....

Seinfeld also shows the tailgate in the opening scene when they're walking (toward the camera, to the left), its in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

In falling down, there's a Sy AND a Ty? I only thought there was one, wow. That would have to be a movie thing, because you would never see 2 Sy/Ty's on or under a bridge unless they were traveling together.

Wow, I haven't heard anything about this truck in years! What ever happened to this truck? I know it was replaced by a Bravada, but does a member now own it? Anyone with pics/links?

2 Sy/Ty's under a bridge, and not a jack stand in sight, maybe that's what pushed Micheal Douglas over the edge.

Later in Falling Down you can see the Sy once more. Its during the Scene where Robert Duvall visits the Korean market that Michael Douglas tore up after leaving gridlock.
