There were times when the music was too loud and you couldn't hear the trucks but it was a really really nice video!!
Ed was having a hell of a time staging. He was beating the piss out of it and hadn't even launched yet. Was that an old video? I thought he was running a line lock. That shouldn't be doing that. I'm getting away from your point. Sorry. It was a sweet vid.

The brake lights went off way before he launched. Could that be him engaging the line lock and letting off the brake? I'm not sure how those actually work, so...

As you can see here: http://www.highperformancetrucks.com/forums/gallery2.php?g2_itemId=7738 the truck is still quite a ways from being completed. Right now I'm waiting for the dyno session for the new motor. I've decided to go with a local guy and ex Ken Duttweiler engine builder named Ernie Cross. As soon as I get that back I'll wire the electronics install the motor and finish up the fenders and sheetmetal. I can't make molds of the fenders until I've done my final fitment and surface prep. Before I paint, I'll take the fenders down for molds.

Btw, don't call me Ivanko anymore. I need my user name chanegd to HighPerformanceTrucks.com or HighPerformanceTrucks, but just call me Adam.

....It'd be friggn awesome to have a clutchless paddleshift in my truck....it's gotta be close to impossible...at least for me... :rotf:

I'm Working on a Friends Grand National Video right now should be completed 2 morrow sometime.

Mostly pictures of his car but some short burnout clips and such.

let me help you understand what you see

1 this was an 850 index event
2 using protree
3 i stage on a transbrake (linelocks not used at starting line or in staging process)
4 i was waiting for the other guy to go in 1st

Yes you read that correctly I WAS WAITING FOR THE OTHER GUY TO GO IN 1ST.
why? becuase i build boost so fast theres no need to sit there underboost for no reason.
I think what you see is me building a little heat in the turbos as i am creeping up to turn on the top bulb.
turn the speakers up real loud so you can hear the motor thru the music and listen again with 1-4 above in mind then you will understand what your seeing much better.
