glass specifics-
The rear quarter glass was removed but the tint stayed FACTORY.
The driver and passenger side windows were removed and tinted with the back while paint was going on.

In PA the tint laws suck so the front ones are light at 35% (to not be so far off the quarter glass)
AND THE REAR is like 80%- which should be in the legal range

Not where im at in Pa im going 20% on front sides and 5% on all three rears. I guess the west area they are tuffer?

okay tail lights and and third brake light wired

the third is led the tail lights are like 9.99 for 2 at advance(there best & brightest)

very clean install

texture painted escusions to look factory new again with clear so wax will not whiten like before.
also painted door handles painted lock cylinder

cover up for cladding time

okay guys bill found something really good for cladding cracks, broken tabs, missing full bolt holes etc'
sticks real well ,durable and hard like nails

lets get started - every piece is in need-

all tabs were plastic welded by using a soldering iron to crevice the pieces together, then molding a bead like seam to hold in place- the of course the awesome glue

We used IES Intermix to re-enforce & fix all cladding last year. :tup:
Before paint, we sprayed a black rubberized coating on the back to hide the bright epoxy color.
BTW... Very nice job.

I may have missed it, but what's up with the 3rd brake light? I saw a comment about body guys saying 3rd brake light, but was it just a personal preference or is there some other reason? I always wondered what a 3rd brake light would look like on these things.

laughed out loud- if i pull the sub and amps out it'll run 12s all day on stock injectors

there was rust inside that area forming- it was cut out and treated
a new piece of metal from a Buick door was welded back in then cut out to accept a caviler trunk/spoiler third brake light.

Truck is looking absolutely stunning. I've never seen a shine like that before, would that hand glaze process work that good on a white truck too?

What you are looking at is the result of alot of work. Fresh paint, sand and buff and then the hand glaze. Do not expect to get the same end result on any color with just a hand glaze - especially if the paint needs "work".

was able to paint 4pcs at once due to Bills makeshift table

others had to hang

body mans macrame

waiting for 2000 grit sand down

some of these will have to wait until they are mounted to sand because of delicate nature

what turboj91 said-it isn't that it wouldn't help- but i think its made for new paint more-so.

forgot to mention about the wallowed out holes, chipped off pieces,reforming the holes again, gluing the tabs
just to get it to here

this was the bad one that every clip was broke off including the one that goes around to the bumper.
this one has come along way.

92 and 93 grills

the 92 will look original with grey headlights and gill color.

this will be painted burnt orange metallic for a friends syclone.

save some drama here- yes they will all be sanded again.
these are so wavy from the factory

painted over the ies glue...

the North Carolina sun bleached these good.

clearcoated like the cladding

the clear coat is amazingly thick in here

high school grills- the older i get they stay the same age- yes they do

before above then after below- no orange aeroking - Matt sold that to t-bone
