Made it to the lake around 6pm, Allen met me at the track about 7:30. With the smell of rain close by we waited for the 8pm races. I decided not to run due to not knowing what the rain close by would do. The track was pretty busy, lots of verity of cars. Temps were a good 75*f by 9pm. Brandon showed up from round rock and warned us he was bringing his Ty to the lake tomorrow. Lol.
After stopping in college station for lunch I took a peek under the Ty to find my front diff vent was puking fluid out. After 80mph in 105* temps may have been to much for the fluid. I cleaned the area off to check 1hr later to find nothing leaking anymore. I kept it down around 65mph the rest of the trip. This was unusual for my Ty as it has made several 3 hour trips with in the last year. To top it off my blower motor took a crap 45 minutes before making it to the lake. I also got on it on the way back to the lake after the track to find anything over 15psi is breaking up. Unusual as my tune hasn't changed and has been running strong on pump 93 with 14* timing at 18psi. I had just put gas in so I'm guessing poor quality gas. Glad I didn't bother racing. After getting back home I'll put some new gas in her and give it another try. Meth is still in the plans soon regardless.
