Turbos goin out, rebuild?

Ive got just a touch of side to side end play on my turbo, i never noticed anything wrong with its performance but while i had my engine out i checked it and noticed it was moving back and forth ever so slightly. No in and out, but just a touch of side to side. Its a stock turbo, and im not really lookin to go with anything bigger, so can i just get it rebuilt? I was looking and saw that i can buy some kits to rebuild it myself for around 100 bucks ( i cant seem to find the exact kit i need though, as a dont know what exactly this turbo is) i looked at some how to videos and it seemed simple enough, but i really dont know about balancing... I found a company that rebuilds them near me called Turbo Concepts LLC, and was gonna give them a call today. I was just making sure that this was a good idea, and that i wasn't out of my mind. :roll:

I'd leave it alone, personally. Slight side to side play is ok, as long as the blades aren't contacting or the play is excessive.

^^ exactly what Dig says! If the wheel isnt hitting the cover, you're fine.

Ive noticed now that I have my Ty running that the seals are out in my Turbo so how hard would it be if a guy wanted to try to replace the seals.

my seals seem fine, but for future reference, what exactly should i be looking for, model wise, i know its a mitsubishi....
