Ok since this site is full of turbo fanatics I want to know where's the best place to find out about turbo setups, what all is needed to do a turbo setup & etc. I know I probably could do a search on the web but I'd like to know from you guys since you guys probably have years & years of experience with them. Also any recommendations would be appreciated.

The best place to find out about turbo setup would be to search the one of S-Series Forums or you could search out on this forum for some of the few turbo S-series owners that occasionally post othis forum. I personally think a turbo SoGt is going to be just a burn out machine when driving on street tires

Re: Turbo

you wont find more turbo information anywhere on the net better than theturboforums.com, formerly turbomustangs.com. it has more info on there then any other forum combined, and much less BS to wade through. there are some very advanced topics going on there now

Yea, then paint it the same color as your SGT, project complete.

Uhm :?: wasn't planning on turbo'ing the SoGT but Trust me IF I could buy a Sy I would & strip it down to a niiice Sy powered GT :rotf:.

Re: Turbo

What are you looking to turbo?

Possibly a 2005 2.2 eco tech Cavalier with a little psi , a 72 Ford Maverick, & maybe 1 day the SoGT will get something like a LS* with a mild Turbo. Reason I ask is because I'm always coming across these things pretty reasonable IMHO but I don't know what all I need to actually make it work. I've come across a few Mitsubishi, 2 Garrets, 1 Turbonetic & a few other brands that IF I knew anything about would probably be worth it .... I thought since I'm a member here maybe I should be able to talk turbo related stuff with ya guys & have a general idea of what's goin' on :dunno:.
