Turbo seals

I am thinking I need to replace the stock turbo seals in my ty. Getting White smoke and a little water coming from the exhaust on startup. If it turns out that I need to replace the seals I am going to replace the bearings since I am working on it. My question is, are these seals and bearings readily available, and where would I be able to get them? I ran a search in the forums and I saw other syty'ers have had this problem but I didnt see anything regarding if it solved the issue. Any insite would be great!!!

if you're sure it's white oil smoke right after startup, that's gonna be valve seals most likely. highly doubt it's the turbo

how much water is coming out the exhaust? does it do it just after startup? all the time?

could be excess crank case moisture, check yer PCV. I've had one that was so trashed before that it popped outa the vavle cover! how bemusing.

I checked the PCV valve and hoses. Blew in the end in which goes into the valve covers and the air flowed right through. Did the same on the other end and just a little seeped threw, hardly any at all. I think it is in good condition?? Last night I had my gf start the ty while I watched the exhaust to verify the color just to make sure I wasnt seeing things. The color was definetly White and the water that came out accumulated to about a 2 to 3 inch diameter circle after she revved it a couple times. Regarding the valve seals, if one of those were bad wouldnt that cause a Blue colored smoke because it is being combusted. If the oil was coming out of the turbo seals and getting into the manifolds frying it would that cause White smoke? HELP!! Last night I also checked the coolant levels, the rad. was full but the intercooler was noticably lower than normal.

My ass. Look at it.
Dude I think your IC may be leaking internally, I have had two that have done this. Smell the exhaust (dont huff though :D ) kinda funky? Check your pass. side spark plugs, see if theyre getting fouled. One of mine leaked faster than I could pour it in(on work table not on truck).

I get white smoke on start up with some water shooting out too. I think I'll just add that to the list of things to check/do for the future. If you figure out what it is, will you post your conclusion when you're done? Thanks.

Never thought of checking if the IC is leaking. I'll do a pressure check on it and see if I have a leak. Think I might do a compression check also just to make sure its not a head gasket. I'll keep you posted, thanks for the info!!
