turbo lag:

1st turbo vehicle. super 25g turbo. i smash the gas from off the line and 1-2 seconds later~awaaaay i go. how can i correct this? plenty of up-graded goodies, too many to list. however, the last item that i have not changed out are the spark plugs. they are not bad-just want to change them out while the '92 ty is down. NGK R's to be exact. also, have not done a fuel injection cleaning yet. i was gonna try SEA FOAM. werks wonders on all my other vehicles. please help.

assuming tune up is done...needs more stall.

2800 tends to do many, many people well.

In case you haven't tried it, search boost launch.

Check your Wg rod if you are using this type of set up, to loose will delay boost a bit. What size turbo do you have, what size exhaust housing do you have?

If you bought that truck from Terry you should probably know that truck has always had issues, even before he owned it. But yeah I would try launching it.

Check your Wg rod if you are using this type of set up, to loose will delay boost a bit. What size turbo do you have, what size exhaust housing do you have?

turbo size as listed by seller: super 25g
exhaust: 2.5" pre cat. 3" cat back

don't know too much about it's issues as it is still parked due to trani issues. but that's nice to know...now.
