Turbo Flange Nut

I seem to have lost one of the nuts that hold the turbo onto the exhaust manifold. The local home depot only sells the m10 x 1.5 nuts with standard 17mm heads and that is too big for the exhaust housing. I need the 15mm JIS head but the only place i can find them is on the internet and after shipping it will cost around 10bucks? Not that bad if that is my only option but 10 bucks for one nut is tough to swallow does anyone know of other options?

I used to order through ARP. They stopped catering to outside orders. I would occasionally call ARP for some odds and ends. They would ship them out. Not any more.?
