Turbo cuts off

Had work done of 92' Typhoon by GMC, and now turbo cuts off at abot 35 mph. If on freeway and push on accelarator, turbo kicks in for about a second then shuts off. Any ideas.

probably the chip and its cutoff that you are experiencing if its a stock chip

First thing you did incorrectly is let a GMC dealership work on your Typhoon. It must be an overboost problem, check your lines to the factory wastegate.

classic overboost. take it back to them and tell them to fix it. they messed it up. if you are luckly they wont hand you back your pistons and rods in a bucket. stop putting the pedel to the floor and making it overboost until you fix the problem. check all you vac lines and wires going to and from the boost control solinoid

In front of the turbo there is the waste gate. There are two or three little lines connected to it. See if one popped off.
